Mission

The Office of Facility Contracts & Leases manages facility capital improvement and maintenance contracting, insurance administration, and real estate leasing for the Health Center. The department is staffed with dedicated professionals, who provide contracting services in support of the Health Center community and its mission. Services include: routine and capital acquisitions, competitive bidding and negotiations, contract administration, contractor performance management, insurance and risk management, facility use agreements, real estate leasing, financial leasing, general contractor prequalification, supplier diversity and CHRO compliance.
